Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

Merchandise returns will be accepted as long as they are in the following cases:

a) Not have more than 30 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise.

b) All items must be returned in their original packaging, both the product box, the packaging and the bubble wrap, as well as all their original accessories.

c) Items showing damage due to misuse by the customer will not be received.

d) Items purchased at a discount as part or gift of a package (Bundle) must be returned in full.

e) To facilitate your return process, we may request photographs of the products or packaging.

f) Due to sanitary regulations, we cannot accept returns of any open packages or used items.

Exceptions and restrictions

a) For the Incontinence Products, Fixation Garments, Body Cleaning and Bed Protection categories, the items must be returned unopened in the original packaging in perfect condition (except in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect).

b) For the Skin Care category, returns are not accepted (except in cases where the item has a factory defect or expired, in which case, LECITmx must be notified within a maximum period of 3 days after delivery. at home).

Return process

1) During the first 30 calendar days after the delivery date, verify that the order complies with the term and conditions to return your item, you can consult the exceptions and restrictions section (section 8.2).

2) In case your return is for a reason other than the one mentioned in the previous paragraph, you must request your return via Customer Service at +52 1 444 322 2657, or by email info@lecit.mx

3) Contact our Customer Service at +52 1 444 322 2657, having at hand the order number and the name of the item to be returned. Our staff will send you a document by email called "Merchandise Return Format" (FDM), with which you can make your return. You can also contact us at the email info@lecit.mx

4) In the "Merchandise Return Format", describe the reason why you want to return the item and choose a way to return the product:

a) Return at the LECIT MX Winery - We will previously send you a form to your email, which you must present at the reception of our winery on business days from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If the payment was by credit, debit or PayPal card, the refund will be made in the same form of payment.

b) Return by parcel or by your own - you must send the item properly packaged together with the "Format for Return of Merchandise" duly completed with the courier or parcel service of your choice, in prepaid shipping service and send us a copy of The Shipping Guide to info@lecit.mx our Customer Service staff will send you a confirmation of receipt of the guide and, in due course, of the item received.

5) Receive your refund:

Depending on the way you have chosen to return the merchandise, the time and process to receive your refund will be in the following ways:

to. If you chose Return in Warehouse LECIT MX

I. We ask you to appear at the reception of our warehouse on business days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and print the "Merchandise Return Format" (FDM) format that you received by email from our Customer Service .

II. Bring the complete merchandise in its original packaging, with the articles and 100% of the documents and guides indicated on the packaging.

III. The person who placed the order must be presented with an official identification, in case the payment has been made by credit or debit card, the card will be requested.

IV. Once the merchandise is received and reviewed, the (FDM) will be processed and sealed as evidence of the return.

V. The refund will be processed automatically and with the same form of payment, in a minimum time that can be from 24 to 96 hours for Credit Cards, if it is a Debit card, the time depends on the issuing Bank of the card and can be from 72 hours up to 45 calendar days. For Paypal payments, the refund time is from 48 to 72 hours automatically.

b. If you chose Return by parcel or by your own:

I. All items must be returned in their original packaging, both the product box, the packaging and the bubble wrap, as well as all their original accessories.

II. In case of replacement, it will be sent to the shipping origin address upon receipt of the damaged or defective item in our Customer Service Center, depending on the availability of the product.

III. Once the merchandise is received, a review will be carried out, if everything is in order, the refund or replacement process of the product (s) will be carried out. - The refund will be processed automatically and with the same form of payment, in a minimum time that can be from 48 and up to 96 hours for Credit Cards, if it is a Debit card, the time depends on the issuing Bank of the card and can be from 72 hours up to 45 calendar days. For Paypal payments, the refund time is from 48 to 72 hours automatically.

Important Notes: Once the product arrives at our Customer Service Center, the product will undergo a review to ensure that it complies with all the necessary elements for it to apply (100% original packaging, documents, guides and accessories) as well as that it does not have damage. LECIT MX will inform you of the final opinion of the review; Once this has been done, you will be informed of our assessment, accepting or rejecting the return within 12 business days from the date of receipt of the item. LECIT MX will not be responsible for the misuse that the customer makes of the products or for missing items / components. In these cases, LECIT MX, will reject the return and will send the merchandise to the customer in the same conditions in which it was received. If it is a return for personal reasons (color, it is not what you expected, it is not to your liking) the cost of the product will be accepted and refunded if what you want is money, or it will be replaced with another product that is the same but complies with what you need. As soon as you contact us by any of our means of contact (call or email) we will let you know our replacement proposal and until you agree, we will send it to your address. We remind you that it is necessary that we receive the product that was not to your liking, in order to send the replacement.

i) The return and replacement formats are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issuance of the same, this will be sent to the email registered in the purchase.

ii) All return / replacement procedures must be carried out by the owner of the purchase.

iii) When you request a refund and your purchase was partial, the clarification is directly with your banking institution.
